Barack Obama tears up as he thanks his re-election staff

This was a closely fought election. I think Obama even thought that the possibility of losing existed, especially after the first debate. At some point during his first term he said that it didn’t matter to him if he was a one term president because all that mattered to him was that he did good work for the country. He preferred to be a really good one term president than a bad two-term president. I think the possibility of losing made him realise how badly he needed a second term to finish the work he started.
The sincerity in his voice can’t be faked. You can see why his staff worked so hard for him. He believes in his staff and the belief his staff has in him is equally impressive. You can tell these guys are willing to work to breaking point for this guy. I wish South Africa could produce a leader we could believe in like this guy. What a guy.

Ps – I think SA has this quality of leader. Problem is our quality leaders may not have struggle credentials, may be the wrong gender or skin colour, may be part of the wrong political party or be wrong age etc
Absolutely! I’ve been saying for the past while, if only we had a presidential candidate like Obama!
This is something to save and watch whenever one needs to remember what is needed of them in their leadership. Love it.
